Teachers' Day at Crescent was damn fun lol.
ACES Day is stupid. -.-
We "learnt" 3 new dances during the allotted time slot. During mass dance ( = prolonged ACES day session) we learnt the "Crescent Girls' School Dance". It's waaaaay easier than the other dances. Sounds stupid, but it was fun.
After that was class interaction. We quickly changed into our class T-shirts and got ready to present to Ms Lin her T-shirt and the video. Those who didn't bring looked out for her arrival and also planned to stall her if needed.
We settled down, switched off the lights and closed the door. Christabel was "stationed" just outside, so those at the door could signal to her when we were ready. The others were looking out for Ms Lin.
WE WAITED FOR DAMN LONG. The whole class was excited, hahaha. We hid behind the tables so that she wouldn't see our class T-shirts. (hence the switching off of the lights.) Ms Ong came over to our class to see what the matter was, cos it was obv damn weird. -.-
DAMN FUNNY LAH. They were like, "Nooo! Shh! Ms Ong, gogogogogo!! Shhhh!!!"
HAHAHAHA.
There were a super lot of false alarms lor. When she really was coming, some ppl from other classes oso kaypo. Same thing happened, but we were quieter about it.
When Ms Lin came in, we jumped up and shouted "HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY !" and screamed. (I didn't scream. The place was too confined.) And showed her the video. THE VIDEO WAS AWESOME - JANELYN, YOU'RE THE BEST!!! And alex presented her with the T-shirt. It had "eileen" where we had our names on ours, and where we had our register numbers, hers had a huge "VIP". Hahahahaha. :D
So by then it was 9.30 (Interesting class interaction right?) and we went down for recess. I went down with Justina and Candice since Angela ditched me, then decided not to follow them around to look for teachers and bought a packet of milo instead. :D
Soon Rubha came running to tell about going to the basketball court area to celebrate Ai Qi's birthday. At first I was confused, but when we settled around there I got it figured out.
They wanted to celebrate Ai Qi's birthday, but they wanted it to be a surprise, so they're telling her that it's Ms Lin's cake that they've bought. They told Ms Lin and she offered to act!! :D
So she walked away and walked back. We quickly arranged ourselves near the cake, and obviously Ai Qi had no clue as to the cake's actual meaning. When everyone was around the table, we did the Crescent happy birthday song. Hahahha, Ai Qi was DAMN lost. But when we got to "happy birthday to Ai Qi...." she finally got it. She was shouting, "So sweet! Who's idea??" or something like that.
So she blew the candle and cut the cake, blah, blah. they got out a slice and made Ms Lin take the first bite. They even took a photo!!! Then Ai Qi had to take a bite. Rubha obviously had to do something about it, and instead pushed the face into her face. -.-
I left to get tissue, and when I got back, almost everyone was gone. The people still there were eating the icing. Hahahahahaha. Soon there was only Khine Myint and I. We had a small slice, then I had to tell Khine Myint to stop eating the cake so that there would be some left for Ai Qi. What was left was an average-sized slice, so that was fine, since the cake was pretty small. I closed the box and Christel came over. She took the box and I went to wash my hands. Wash alr, then we go upstairs. At first we wanted to go back up to class, but then I wanted to see the drawings of the teachers, so Khine Myint followed me. (So sweet. :D)
While we were looking at the drawings (they're damn cool!) we met Justina and Candice. We went up to class since we still had time and Justina had to get her skirt.
CLASSROOM WAS LOCKED.
So we went back down and waited for the hall doors to open. While going in, I saw a picture of Ms Lin and shouted, "MS LIN!" I'm mentioning this because Marcia shouted the same thing at the same time. Hahahahaha.
Got in and settled down. The teachers entered the hall, department by department. Each department had a different pose. Hahahahahaha, so cool. We cheered a lot.
After that, there were performances, blah, blah. Quite interesting. :D
Then there was a dedication to all teachers, so all their photos were shown one by one. Damn funny lah, for each picture got a scream from a certain class or two. Well, not each picture. Several pictures weren't cheered for, like FN
2's. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

By 11.30 things were getting boring. At 11.45, when there were still more performances, everyone groaned. (We were SUPPOSED to leave at 11.45.)
At the end the principal and VPs sang. -.-
WASTE TIME LAH, WE ALL WANNA GO BACK TO "ALMA MATER". -.-
Got to TNS at 1.30. Had to sign something to get in. -.-
Met YuJing in the canteen! :D

She asked if Darren could recognise me. He was like, "That's Samantha." LOL. I bet he remembered from the last time we met, lol.
We talked a while, then I went to give Mdm Gwee's present. (Yeah, I'm too lazy to remember the other past teachers. Actually, P1 - P2 forgotten. P3/P4 teacher left the school. P5 teacher? NO THANK YOU.)
She was in front of the HOD office talking to some girls. I greeted her, and she was a bit blur. So I said that I was Samantha and she said, "I know, you're from last year's class. These girls are from the other class." I didn't really get her. -.-
Anyway, gave her the present. She was happy lah, then I went back to canteen.
Decided to go back, cos I pushed my tuition back half an hour. Lol.
Ate lunch, had tuition.
Walked home, now I'm here. -.-
